I want as much healthful information as possible. I became a vegetarian for myself, health and definitely taste (meat didn't taste 'right' any more). I hope THIS site can be very beneficial to myself and family.

Hello, I currently eat cooked food, including poultry and seafood. I would like to eventually make the transition to raw, so I'll be in the background....learning. I would imagine it would be hard to change the eating habits of school age children.
