We as woman hold a natural beauty inside and out. It's up to us to recognize it. Look into the mirror everyday and smile at yourself because you are woman and you are beautiful. Take care and nurture your bodies by eating right and drinking lots of water. Get plenty of rest, I know this is hard while being a mother, you need at least 6-8 hours of sleep every night. Treat yourself to a body or foot massage. Exercise for 20 minutes a day to keep your heart strong and healthy. Walking, jogging or even dancing is best. Yoga has great benefits, it burns calories, builds flexibility and balance, decreases stress and increases awareness.



HEAVY MENSTRUATION: Avoid tea, coffee, and alcohol.
