The holidays are gone, but summer is sure to be here soon. This is a New Year and it is time to create a New You! So don’t let life distract you from your goal to feel and live a healthier life. This is year I challenge You as I have promised myself to start a journey towards a healther life—and make promise to make a little bit more of me time- set aside a time for relaxing, too. I Deserve It and so do You!
