Why join the Black Moms Network?

Because i have so much to say about raising kids. I have 6 kids and no one is alike, even the ones with the same signs. I have been thru so many different things.. not horrible, but things that taught me not to sweat the small stuff....

I am an avid reader. I love people, and I don't take things for granted.. I relieze you have to live and learn in order to understand people. People are judgemental without knowing why, because they just have no understanding or want to see things as they are. I write poetry about relationships, I am getting more politically involved, I am a Christian and I am spiritual... I have a beautiful supportive family both in marriage and in my family.. I am surrounded by some wonderful people, and those who don't care for me, i know wonder about me.. I hope to write a book one day.. and get it published.

FastGirls is collective of women who have chosen to practice the sacred and beneficial art of fasting in an effort to heal their body, mind and spirit.
