I have visited other mom's groups and they were all predominately white and I just didn't feel that they were a good fit, or that we had much in common.

About Me:

I am a wife and mother of a wonderful 3 year old boy. Currently I am a licensed hairstylist. I am in the process of changing professions, and I will be beginning school (again) next month. I have decided that nursing is a field I really think I would enjoy. I currently have a degree in Criminal Justice, and one in Paralegal studies and have never used either one. I guess it's just taken me longer than most to decide what I want to be when I grow up :)
