How many children do you have?: Together my husband Richard and I rear 4 awesome kids:

Chevalier (Chevi), she is 19 yrs. old and a tri-athlete (Volleyball, Basketball & Track) with Olympic goals.

Next is my bundle of energy Maxinae (Maxx), she is 7 yrs. old ( Exactly 11mos. and 3 wks. older than my bouncing off of the walls 6 yr. old twins Ricardo & chalet). And she absolutely loves to read.

Ricardo is exactly 1 minute older than his sister and very proud to be the older brother, and he is a computer fanatic.

Chalet is the peace maker, always encouraging her siblings to show respect and give group hugs.

The DeJesus Clan are a Proud and Thankful Bunch.

About Me:: Born and raised in Cleveland Ohio.
Cleveland is a very diverse city, and I have had the fortune of interacting and connecting with individuals from all walks of life.

I am also new to this site. I think it's pretty cool for us mothers to have a space of our own to chat and exchange stories. I know at times, I need to reach out for another mothers hand...don't you?

I am a mother of one, he still calls me his "best buddy". Although he is all grown up (28 yrs), I feel the "real" parenting has just begun. It seems his younger years were more fun, and went by too quickly. Now, we have career paths to decide, girls to screen, credit to build, apartments to rent (at least until the housing market improves), etc., although it's tough, this has to be the best job I have ever been assigned! I LOVE being his "best buddy" at least until Ms. Right comes into his life! I am trusting God more now, than ever.
