FastGirls is collective of women who have chosen to practice the sacred and beneficial art of fasting in an effort to heal their body, mind and spirit.
Fasting has its roots in nearly every religious tradition from Christianity and Islam to Judaism and wisdom traditions of the East. The practice can be found in history as early as 7000 B.C. and most recently in modern houses of worship and even hospitals around the world.

I was a SAHM with three girly-girls, who never cease to amaze me but I just needed a little something just for me, hence the Blog, directory and network, now I am a WAHM and the girls are just as excited about what mommy is doing because I still have plenty of time for them :-) LOL!!
I love the life that God has granted me, I'm grateful.
