Profile Information

Why join the Black Moms Network?
I am a black mom and I think it is time for us to unite, communicate, fellowship, educate and network for the good for our children and communities.
How did you find the black moms club?
How many children do you have?
I am the mother of Joshua, age 23, Tacobi, age 15, and Wynton, age 6.
About Me:
I am on a mission to empower women and mothers. I believe that it is time for us (as women and mothers) to accept some hard truths, change our mindset and move on.
Favorite Website:
We have the power to change but it doesn't start with our government. It starts with each one of us. We are reminded everyday that our country is in a state of renewal. We should also be in a state of renewal. We have the opportunity to create the lives we desire. We should be working on our own personal bailout. Are you creating your own bailout? I would love to hear your stories, please email me. Tell me about your bailout plan!

Greeting Cards can be inviting and give thanks.

They can express a deep friendship or declare an unconditional love.

Or they could just say, “I’m thinking about you!”

They reach out and touch, even when you can’t!

I’m Kim S. Godfrey, and I have always had a love for greeting cards. But, there is nothing more irritating than standing in the store, searching for that perfect card.  You can’t get just any card. You want the one that’s says what you want it…

What are Women Thinking?

Bad things happen to women and people in general. That's simply the truth and everyone know it. But if women realized their power, they would all be on a journey of self awareness. When bad things happen, the question should be asked, "What did I think to attract this event or action?"

Sounds crazy? But is it really? I was raised by a single mother who could always see the negative side of anything. She always thought something bad was going to happen and that she received the short…

I am currently a teacher with LRSD. I taught in Dallas for 10 years before moving to Arkansas. I am not too impressed with the district. My goal is to establish an online store and work from home full time in 10 years. I would love to talk off line.

Hey KimSyne, thank you so much for those words of encouragement you left on my page. They really meant a lot to me. I have always been an entrepreneur even when I was working for others. But my need to be free so that I could handle my number one priority, my children, gave me the strength to move into the unknown, on my own.

Thank you for requesting to be added to my friend list. I would like to invite you to be a part of our Ghetto Raw Group as time for you would permit. Most of the "friends" I have are a part and from time to time I send email updates to all to share the latest happenings with Ghetto Raw and myself. Let me know if I may be of service to you in this way.

Blessings & Shalom
Miss Yna
