About Me:

I want to take the time to introduce myself and why I decided to join this network. First of all, I hope that this post finds you in good health and blessings. My name is Lakishi Johnson and I currently reside in Arizona with My husband Donald, daughter Kd and our son RJ. It has taken most of my life, but have finally found the courage and strength to share my most intimate thoughts and most private moments. I'm doing this in my new poetry book Poetry and Rants. This book is for every woman who needs that "woman to woman" pick me up, or that curious man who wonders what lies deep within womens' hearts. The words that were written from my heart and soul, and with them I hope that by sharing a part of myself that I can inspire and enlighten every person who embrace each and every word. I am making my life an open book and if I can help someone else by sharing a piece of myself then I feel that I am doing my part to make the world a better place. Knowing that no one is perfect, I believe everyone, whether you are a male or female, go through the same types of problems and that there are no perfect relationships or perfect lives. I strive in giving hope to those in troubled moments, while inspiring the weak at heart to wake up and realize that they are worth being loved; even if it's only you, loving yourself.
