What are the best shampoos and conditioners for natural hair for kids. I have tried some, but they failed to do the job.

My favorite inexpensive shampoo is Dove and Aussie Moist.
Creme of Nature is still pretty good but I never buy sham/condish from the Beauty Supply anymore so I haven't used that brand in 20 years.
